On October 13th, SHINKIRO&Co. will host their first solo concert featuring Suzuki as the lead vocalist under the project name "Ta_2".
On Monday, it was announced that voice actor Tatsuhisa Suzuki will resume his musical career with a project called "SHINKIRO&Co." He will hold a solo concert called "cantabile con anima" at Shinagawa Intercity Hall in Tokyo on October 13th. Additionally, he will release a five-track album exclusively at the concert venue and through mail order. Suzuki will continue using his stage name Ta_2 for this project, which was previously used as the vocalist for musical unit OLDCODEX.
On June 18th, Suzuki revealed their new music project called SHINKIRO&Co., which focuses on vocalist Ta_. Other musicians and composers will join Ta_ in creating new music together. Since last year, Suzuki has been performing acoustic mini-lives at fan meetings, but now they are ready to take their musical activities to the next level with this new project.
In August 2021, Suzuki paused all his engagements in the entertainment sector. This was announced by both his musical group OLDCODEX and his agency shortly after LiSA, his wife, declared her own temporary withdrawal from certain tasks due to exhaustion of mind and body.
In January 2020, Suzuki and LiSA made public their union. However, according to Weekly Bunshun, there were rumors of an affair involving Suzuki and one of his female colleagues in July 2021.
In December 2021, OLDCODEX officially ended their activities. Despite this, they provided the theme song for the second
Free! The Final Stroke movie that was released in Japan in April 2022.
Since the conclusion of 2021, Suzuki has been resuming his duties in stages until he completely returned to work in March 2022.
