Masahiko Otsuka
Masahiko Otsuka received a degree from the Department of Art at Osaka University of Arts. Afterward, he began working at Studio Ghibli as a photographer before moving on to Gainax, where he made his directorial debut with some episodes of Evangelion. In 2011, Masahiko Otsuka left Gainax and went on to co-found the animation studio Trigger.
