Pokemon Movie 11: Giratina to Sora no Hanataba Sheimi

In a lake, Giratina encounters Dialga. Despite the initial resistance from Dialga, Giratina successfully drags it into her alternate dimension home. However, a small green Pokémon is also pulled in and escapes. Later, after accidentally ruining Satoshi's picnic, the green Pokémon is taken to the Pokémon Center for treatment and introduced as Shaymin, the mythical Gratitude Pokémon. Using telepathy, Shaymin demands that Satoshi, Hikari, and Takeshi take it somewhere. However, before they can determine where to go, Giratina and a man named Zero begin pursuing them in search of little Shaymin. The group must now navigate the dangers while trying to find Shaymin's desired location.
