Recently, a student named Himawari Hinata transferred to Shinobi Gakuen with the goal of becoming an exceptional kunoichi. Since childhood, she had dreamed of being a ninja after being rescued by one as a child. On her first day at school, she encountered Hayato Madenokoji, a new transfer teacher who saved her life. Despite not possessing any ninja abilities or characteristics, Hayato is teaching the students about everyday society in order to repay his debt. However, Himawari notices that Hayato bears the same mark on his neck as the ninja who had saved her when she was young.
