In this narrative, we will follow Joe Shimamura and other cyborgs as they face off against the Bresudo, a group with extraordinary abilities and intelligence that has controlled human history for millennia. Their motivations remain unclear, but their influence looms large over the world today. Despite many people doubting their existence, one American journalist named Lucie Davenport embarks on a journey to Texas to connect with a specific family. There she encounters the cyborgs who, after being released from their responsibility to safeguard humanity following the creation of the UN Guardian forces, now lead peaceful lives.
