On Wednesday, the official website for the television anime adaptation of Masayuki Abe's Tsuyokute light novel series released its second promotional video. In this video, it was announced that additional cast members have been added to the series, and that it will premiere on July 2nd. Furthermore, it previewed the opening theme song "Enja" by artist 4s4ki and the ending theme song "her" by Mahiru Coda.
The anime will be shown on ABC at 10:15 p.m. JST (which is equivalent to 11:15 p.m. UTC) on July 2nd, then it will be broadcasted on Tokyo MX at 11:30 p.m. JST (which is equivalent to 10:30 p.m. UTC) on July 3rd. Afterward, it will air on AT-X at 11:00 p.m. JST (which is equivalent to 10:00 p.m. UTC) on July 4th, and finally, it will be shown on BS12 at 10:00 p.m. JST (which is equivalent to 11:00 p.m. UTC) on July 5th.
In a realm devastated by a demonic takeover, our hero Kyle manages to defeat the demon ruler with his final breath. However, he is suddenly transported back four years prior. In 2012, Abe started publishing the initial version of his narrative on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website. Afterward, he relocated and continued the tale at AlphaPolis in 2013. He later removed certain parts of his work from Shōsetsuka ni Narō. ( link ) In September 2016, the original story of Shōsetsuka ni Narō was published on AlphaPolis. This was followed by the release of the first print volume with illustrations by Ryūta Fuse in April 2013. By June 2018, the 10th novel volume had been shipped.
In February 2014, Jun Miura started a manga series on AlphaPolis. This series ended in July 2023. AlphaPolis released the tenth compiled book volume of this manga in October 2022. Additionally, AlphaPolis' Alpha Manga service is currently publishing this series. ( link ) the manga in English under the title New Saga . AlphaPolis recently stated ( link ) The manga is going to release its 11th and last volume, but the release date is yet to be determined and will be announced when it is finalized.
