Narumi Momose is an adorable young woman with a passion for idols, games, anime, manga, and boys love genre. She's also known as a fujoshi or closet otaku. After her breakup due to these interests, she quits her job and joins a new company where only a few colleagues know about her secret hobbies. These include Hirotaka Nifuji, a blunt gaming otaku; Hanako Koyanagi, a cool beauty; and Tarou Kabakura, an attractive guy with a scary face who frequently gets into fights with Hanako.
During drinks to catch up, Hirotaka advises Narumi to date someone who understands her hobbies. However, she's hesitant because otaku are often perceived as gross and only those within the community can truly understand them. Could a relationship between two otakus work?
