In this story, we have a character named Cid Kagenou who is not like other heroes or villains that people aspire to be. Instead, he wants to become the true mastermind behind everything, controlling events from behind the scenes. Although he was unable to achieve his goals in his previous life in modern-day Japan, he has been reborn into a world of magic where he can finally showcase his true eminence as a shadowy figure. Cid pretends to be an ordinary member of society, but secretly leads an organization called Shadow Garden. The goal of this group is to take down the mysterious cult known as Cult of Diablos. With plenty of ad-libs and clever tactics, Cid directs his team against their enemies. While some may see him as a fake hero, Cid's true intentions are clear: he wants to be in control and manipulate events from the shadows. Whether or not he succeeds in his quest, one thing is certain - Cid Kagenou will always strive for power and influence.
