In this story, there is a town that floats on water with two distinct classes of people - the impoverished who barely survive and the wealthy who enjoy luxurious lifestyles. They dispose of their waste carelessly into the sea. When the protagonist is falsely accused of murder, he faces an extreme punishment of being exiled from the edge of the floating town with all its trash. On the ground level, the discarded waste of humanity has spawned dangerous creatures. To seek revenge against those who wronged him, the boy must transform into a warrior.

Gachiakuta aired on CBC and TBS' Agaru Anime block.
