On Wednesday, Muse Asia declared that they would be streaming certain anime on their YouTube channel in India.
- The third season for the anime based on ONE and Yūsuke Murata 's One Punch Man manga.
- The second season of the anime based on Ren Eguchi and illustrator Masa 's Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill ( Tondemo Skill de Isekai Hōrō Meshi ) light novel series.
In essence, both stories revolve around characters who were betrayed by their former party members in a backwater dungeon. However, in one story, the characters are able to seek revenge with the help of an unlimited gacha that grants them powerful friends at level 9999. In contrast, in the other story, the characters are also able to seek revenge but only after being saved by their trusted companions who tried to kill them earlier.
On October 5 at 11:45 p.m. JST (10:45 a.m. EDT), the TV Tokyo, TV Hokkaido, TV Aichi, TV Osaka, TV Setouchi, and TV Kyushu channels broadcasted the premiere episode of the third season of One Punch Man, which included a recap. This episode was the 25th overall in the anime series and marked the beginning of the new season. Additionally, Netflix is currently streaming this anime season in India.
Madhouse animated the first season of the series while J.C. Staff will be handling the animation for the second season.
Shinpei Nagai is directing the anime at J.C. Staff with Tomohiro Suzuki returning for series composition. Chikashi Kubota is returning as character designer alongside Shinjiro Kuroda and Ryōsuke Shirakawa. Sakura Murakami is now the art director after previously working on background art for the second season with Shigemi Ikeda and Yukiko Maruyama credited as art directors for that season. Mayumi Tanahashi returns as color designer from the second season. Yūki Hirose is now the director of photography, replacing Yoshio Ōkouchi from the previous season. Masahiro Gotō, Yoshikazu Iwanami, and Makoto Miyazaki are all returning from the second season as editor, sound director, and music composer, respectively.
BabyMetal, a Japanese heavy metal band, performs the "Get No Satisfied!" song as the opening theme for JAM Project, while Makoto Furukawa sings "Soko ni Aru Akari" ("The Light, That's There") as the closing theme.
The second season of the anime adaptation of the Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill light novel series has been released on Crunchyroll in India, where it is currently being streamed alongside its Japanese airing with English dubbing. Additionally, Netflix is also streaming this anime season.
For the upcoming season, most of the staff is coming back. However, some changes have been made in terms of character designs, animation direction, art direction, color key artistry, cuisine supervision, and production roles. Tsuyoshi Kuwahara has joined Nao Ōtsu as a character designer. Shiho Tanaka and Eriko Itō have replaced Nao Ōtsu and Sara Sakoe as chief animation directors. Kenji Takahashi has been promoted from assistant director to episode director. Tomoki Nagino has taken over art direction from Hisako Akagi, who has been credited as art supervisor. Kana Tanabe has replaced Chikako Kamata as the color key artist. BAX has been credited with cuisine supervision. Lastly, Kodai Kato has been promoted from production desk to animation producer. All these changes have been made at MAPPA, which remains the animation production studio.
Cent Chihiro Chittiii performs the new opening theme song "yummy goodday, and Chelmico performs the ending theme song "SALT AND PEPPER."
Tokyo MX, MBS, and BS11 channels premiered "Backstabbed in a Backwater Dungeon" on October 3rd.
Katsushi Sakurabi ( Flying Witch , The Betrayal Knows My Name ) is directing the anime at J.C.STAFF , Hiroshi Ohnogi ( Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood , Kekkaishi ) is in charge of series scripts, and Yukie Suzuki ( Tsukimichi -Moonlit Fantasy- ) is designing the characters. Yoshikazu Iwanami ( Ajin , Fate/Zero , JoJo's Bizarre Adventure ) is the sound director, and Ryō Takahashi ( High Card , Wind Breaker ) is composing the music.
Tei performs the opening theme song "Sen Yori Kaminari Ya, Sarariya Takaki," and Nowlu performs the ending theme song "Shirogarasu."
