The artist's first live concert tour was "multipheno" in 1996, followed by a second tour in Tokyo and Hong Kong called "emou" in 1998. In July of 1999, she opened her first one-woman show at Shinjuku Theater Apple in Tokyo. She then performed another one-woman show at Hamamatsu-chou New Pier Hall in August of 2000. During a fanclub tour of New York City in February 2001, the artist gave a live mini-concert. In January 2002, she opened her third one-woman show at Shinjuku Theater Moliere in Tokyo. She then reprised her first one-woman show at Shinjuku Cross Tower Hall in February of that same year, in memory of Kaneto Shiozawa. In September 2004, the artist married a co-worker who is 13 years younger.
