Iwahara Yuuji

Yuji Iwahara is a renowned Japanese manga artist who began his career after graduating from art school. Following his studies, he joined Hudson Soft as a graphic artist and made his debut in the world of manga with "Afternoon" in 1994. His work on this series earned him the fall Afternoon Four Seasons Award, which he won three more times over the next two years. Iwahara is best known internationally for his contributions to King of Thorn and Chikyu Misaki, both of which have been licensed in English. He also provided the artwork for Quest, a short-lived title published by Marvel Comics under their Tsunami imprint.
