After passing away in a car accident, Tsubasa Kurata is reborn into the Fremmevilla Kingdom, a medieval realm where powerful mechs known as Silhouette Knights are used to combat terrifying demonic creatures. As Ernesti Echevarria, he comes from a noble family and possesses exceptional magical abilities. He attends Royal Laihaila Academy, which focuses on training young individuals in piloting the Silhouette Knights for the purpose of safeguarding the kingdom against both supernatural and human threats. Alongside his companions Adeltrud and Archid Olter, Ernesti strives to develop a unique Silhouette Knight of his own, an endeavor that has been unsuccessful for several centuries.
