As Kiyotaka Ayanokouji and his peers commence their second year at Tokyo Metropolitan Advanced Nurturing High School, noticeable changes are evident throughout the school. The third-years have graduated, while new first-year students are now enrolled. Alliances among classes are being formed as Miyabi Nagumo takes on the role of student council president and works towards making the school a meritocracy. Meanwhile, tensions between classes intensify with the class point totals drawing nearer. Another special exam lies ahead, and Ayanokouji must decide whether to remain in the background or step into the limelight and help his class achieve Class A status.
