    In 2014, Akira Natsume struggled with a fear of electrical devices despite being skilled at diagnosing them. He aimed to improve himself and find a romantic partner like his older brother did. However, tragedy struck when Akira died in an accident. Sixteen years later, a special police officer and her android companion retrieved and activated the advanced AI and superweapon known as EX-ARM, placing it under full control of their ship as a final resort. It was revealed that the AI was actually just Akira's brain.
