Hunters are individuals who specialize in various fields such as treasure hunting and cooking. they have access to exclusive funds and information which enables them to pursue their passions. however, becoming a hunter requires passing a deadly exam with a very low success rate. gon freecss, a 12-year-old boy seeking his missing father, embarks on a quest to take the hunter exam. along the way, he gathers three companions: kurapika, an individual driven by revenge; leorio paladiknight, aspiring doctor; and killua zoldyck, a mischievous child of the same age as gon. the story follows these four young hunters on their perilous journey, fighting for their dreams while overcoming incredible odds in hunter x hunter, a classic shounen anime series.
